Today we woke up in a calm day. Gentlemen from Kotka said that this was the first time on their watch that there is no wind at all. This wheather lasted all day long and ended with a beautiful sunset.

Jori and Eikka worked with magazine door. The steel frame needed to be plastered and finished so it would be a impressive door to the sea. There is a lot of fire wood magazine, but unfortunately wood has not dried at all and with the wet wood it is difficult to light up fire places in the lighthouse. Raimo is not very happy with that feature and we others agree since wet wood creates quite a lot of smoke before it lights up.

Radioamateurs have got so far allmost 5000 connections and they are so exited of their work that it is difficult to get them to the same table with us for lunch and dinner.

It has been a busy day for everybody but we have also found time to follow military actions near Märket, boats and divers come and go during the day and we have had interesting discussions about guessing what they are doing.

Right now we are eagerly waiting for Tuomas on Saturday, he will bring us water, food and other supplies.
