Foggy and rainy morning. The wind, 6 m/s, has turned a bit and
the garden is quite calm, temperature is 5 sentdegrees. According to the forecast the rain goes and comes, the wind is 4m/s SE at noontime, 6 m/s
SSE at 3 and 6 pm, 4 m/s SW at 9 pm, 3 m/s NNW at midnight and it should be calm at 3 am in the night. Luckily in rainy days there is always enough to do both inside and outside of the doors so the time will not be wasted.

The first shot (at 11 am) was taken about 150 m away of the lighthouse, on Finnish side but yet over Swedish territory - possible only in Märket. It is not a poor picture:it is the fog which makes everything gray!



The daily routines started with the morning oatmeal, milk, the dinner shall consist of boiled potatos with fish (frozen), canned meat food or sausages in yummy sauce. The earlier crews left us so much to eat that the routine continous during a long period, we believe. In between we have coffee or tea and bread. The lunch will be skipped.


Due to the rain Lorenz started working inside.



Today dinner consists of the yummy sauce with fried fish and onion plus potatoglop. The table waits for the eaters.



The lonely grey seal spent the day lying on the northwestern cliff with plenty of seagulls entertaining him.



You certainly have heard many times the story of the storm in the last
autumn which pushed into the sea everything laying in the garden. Now we
give a hint to the next crew: You should come with a brush to wash
the dishes, so you do not find yourself doing the job with the bare
fingers!
