After delicious and hearty breakfast we already knew what would be waiting us today. The plastering work of the third room at the first floor of the lighthouse would be continued. During the morning and early afternoon we managed to plaster two adjacent walls of the room. Although plastering was new for us it went smoothly and we were pleased for the result. There will be still more walls to be plastered in coming days...





The day was warm, sunny and windy as usual at Märket. The flag of Finnish Lighthouse Society was fluttering whole day showing the wind direction from the south. According the weather forecasts the wind direction should change for the rest of the week, let's see tomorrow.

Everybody was dirty after plastering work and we decided to warm up sauna, after which would be great to dip onto the sea and wash all the dust away from us. The bravest of us took a swim in the middle of waves while the others were swimming at the lagoon.





We had supper after washing ourselves and enjoyed the meal prepared by Monica. Steaks with chanterelle sauce, potatoes and salad with red wine crowned the day. Even Iita, the four-leg companion with us on this week at Märket got her share of steaks and seemed to be very pleased for the meal.
